Ensure you receive our emails by following the steps below. *Note that for free pick emails you will need to whitelist jimmy@boydsbets.com, while premium pick emails will come from admin@sportscapping.com. For the best results, whitelist both addresses at your provider.

Whitelist on Mobile Apps

If you want to whitelist us on a smartphone or tablet app, here’s how to accomplish it for each provider.

Gmail

You have two options in the Gmail App:

  1. Report an email as “not spam” (if the email is in your spam folder).
  2. Move an email from the promotional inbox to your primary inbox.

If an email is ending up in the spam folder, open it and click Report not Spam.

Alternatively, you can tap the three dots in the upper right corner and click Mark important to give it priority in your inbox.

To move an email from the promotional folder to your primary inbox, open the email, then tap the three dots in the upper right corner and tap Move to…Primary.

Apple Mail

Using the Apple Mail app, the only way to whitelist an email is to mark it as “Not Junk”.

  1. Tap the Mailboxes screen.
  2. Select your Junk folder.
  3. Locate an email from admin@sportscapping.com and swipe left on it to pull up the options.
  4. Tap More.
  5. Tap Mark as Not Junk.

Yahoo!

With the Yahoo! app, you will need to add admin@sportscapping.com to your contacts list in order to ensure delivery:

  1. Tap the three lines (hamburger menu) on the top left corner.
  2. Tap on Settings, then scroll down and select Filters.
  3. Select your email address.
  4. Tap the + (plus) icon to add a new filter.
  5. Name the filter whatever your want.
  6. Add admin@sportscapping.com or simply @sportscapping.com to the Sender field.
  7. Tap the checkmark icon in the top right corner to save the filter.

Outlook Mobile

With Outlook’s Mobile app, you will need to add admin@sportscapping.com to your focused inbox:

  1. Open any email from admin@sportscapping.com.
  2. Tap the three dots on the very top right corner of the screen (not the three dots within the email).
  3. Tap Move to Focused Inbox.
  4. This will trigger a pop-up. Select the “Move this and all future messages” option, then tap Move to Folder.

Whitelist on Desktop and Web-Based Apps

If you use a desktop application or web-based app (like gmail.com/mail.google.com), follow the steps below for your provider.

Gmail

There are three options to whitelist emails with Gmail:

  1. Using Gmail Tabs (if enabled).
  2. Marking an email in your spam folder as Not Spam.
  3. Creating a filter.

If you are using Gmail Tabs, click and drag any email from admin@sportscapping.com from the tab it is in to the Primary tab.

If our email lands in your spam folder, open the email, then click the Report not spam button in the option that appears.

To whitelist using a filter:

  1. Click the settings icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Filters tab.
  3. Select Create a new filter.
  4. In the From field, enter @sportscapping.com
  5. Click Create filter.

Outlook Desktop App

With Outlook, simply open any email from admin@sportscapping.com. A message will appear that reads, “Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.” Click the I trust admin@sportscapping.com. Always Show content. link.

AOL Mail

When using AOL Mail in your web browser:

  1. Open any email from admin@sportscapping.com
  2. Click on our contact name (admin@sportscapping.com) at the top of the opened email, then Add Contact.
  3. Enter SportsCapping as the First Name, then click Add Contact.

Comcast/Xfinity

When using an account with Xfinity (formerly Comcast), follow these steps to whitelist admin@sportscapping.com:

  1. Sign into your My Xfinity account.
  2. Click the Mail icon on the top of the page to go to your inbox.
  3. Now click the Address Book tab.
  4. Click the Create Contact icon (head silhouette with a plus sign).
  5. Enter SportsCapping in the Title field, then scroll to Email 1 and enter admin@sportscapping.com.
  6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to finish.

AT&T/Yahoo! Mail

Since AT&T uses Yahoo! Mail as their email platform, instructions are the same for both:

  1. In the right-hand menu, click the Contact Book icon.
  2. At the bottom of that sidebar, click Add new contact.
  3. Enter SportsCapping in the Name field, then admin@sportscapping.com in the Email field.
  4. Click the Save button.

Mac OS Mail Desktop App

If you are a Mac user that uses the Mail App, using the following steps to whitelist our emails:

  1. In the top dropdown menu under Mail, select Preferences.
  2. Click the Rules icon in the preferences menu, then Add Rule.
  3. In the Description field, type: Whitelist: sportscapping.com.
  4. For the conditions options, set the first option to any.
  5. Under of the following conditions are met, select From in the first field and Ends with in the second field.
  6. In the next field, type @sportscapping.com.
  7. Under the heading "Perform the following actions:", select Move Message, then for" to mailbox:", select Inbox.
  8. Click the Ok button to save.
