Bears vs Chiefs Game Odds & Betting Preview
Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs have now won four consecutive games after beating Denver 23-3 last weekend to improve to 10-4 on the season overall. Kansas City jumped out to a 15-3 lead in the first half and never looked back, completely shutting out the Broncos offense over the final two quarters of the game. QB Patrick Mahomes went 27/34 for 340 passing yards and two touchdowns through the air while RB Darwin Thompson led the way on the ground with eight carries for 38 yards. Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill torched the Broncos secondary, combining for 209 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Overall, the Chiefs gained over 400 total yards and found the end zone twice on offense in the win.
Kansas City was fantastic defensively against the Broncos, giving up well under 300 total yards of offense and no touchdowns. The Chiefs were especially strong defending against the run, holding Denver to just 52 total rushing yards the entire game.
The Bears saw their three game winning streak come to an end last weekend, falling 21-13 on the road against Green Bay to drop back to .500 on the season overall. Chicago gave up 14 unanswered points in the third quarter and never recovered, coming up over a touchdown short on the scoreboard as time expired. QB Mitch Trubisky continued to struggle, throwing two interceptions and only one touchdown. RB David Montgomery couldn’t find much room to run on the ground, averaging only 2.8 yards per carry. Anthony Miller and Allen Robinson were definitely the stars of the game offensively, as the duo combined for 243 yards and a touchdown on 16 receptions. As a whole, the Bears generated over 400 total yards of offense and scored one touchdown in the loss.
Chicago had an average outing on the other side of the ball against the Packers, surrendering over 300 total yards of offense and three touchdowns. The Bears had no answer for Green Bay WR Davante Adams, allowing him to rack up seven catches for 103 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Free NFL Betting Predictions and Pick: Chiefs -6
I’m more than happy to lay the six points and roll with the road favorite in this particular spot, as I think that Kansas City should find a way to win this game outright with relative ease. The Chiefs have certainly been the much more consistent team against the spread so far this season, going a rock-solid 9-5 ATS through their first 14 outings. Chicago hasn’t looked nearly as impressive, as they have now failed to cover the number in 10 out of their first 14 games overall. The Bears have also really struggled at Soldier Field this year, going only 3-4 ATS. Trubisky and Co. might have a hard time keeping pace on offense with the high-flying Chiefs as well, especially when considering that they have averaged close to ten points less per game since Week 1.

It is also important to note that Kansas City has dominated the Bears against the spread over the past decade or so, covering the number in two out of their last three meetings overall. The Chiefs are also 5-1 against the spread over their last six games overall and 4-1 against the spread in their last six trips to Soldier Field. On the other side, Chicago is a brutal 2-8 ATS over their last ten games overall. I’ll eat the chalk and take a shot with Kansas City on the road here in Week 16 – give me the Chiefs to cover!
