Here’s a complete list of all the matchups for Week 5 of the 2016 NFL regular-season. The spread and total for each game will be listed when it becomes available. We will also update the odds periodically throughout the week.
It’s hard to believe that 4 weeks are already in the books. It’s the unofficial quarter mark of the season and we now have a good idea of what each team is made of.
There’s only 3 teams left standing without a loss this season. The only one that’s 4-0 is the defending champion Broncos. The other two being the Eagles (off bye) and Vikings (MNF pending) who are each at 3-0. Philadelphia is the big surprise, as most chalked up 2016 as a rebuilding season.
There’s also a number of teams sitting at 3-1 that weren’t in the playoffs last year. Those being the Ravens, Raiders, Cowboys, Falcons and Rams. The one that really stands out to me is the Rams, especially after how bad they looked in Week 1 at the 49ers. LA has division wins over Seattle and Arizona and also won at Tampa Bay since losing 28-0 to San Francisco.
The list of teams sitting at 1-3 is also pretty shocking. It includes the Panthers, Cardinals, Jets and Colts. The two that no one saw coming is Arizona and Carolina. Almost everyone had them pegged for double-digit wins and in the playoff picture.
The only winless team is the Browns at 0-4. Though Cleveland has been more competitive than most expected. Especially given the injuries they have had to deal with.
Still a lot of season left and the big news going into Week 5 is without question the return of Tom Brady to the Patriots. New England went 3-1 without their star quarterback and could be poised for quite a finish.
We will previewing all 14 games on the schedule this week. Each preview includes an inside look at the matchup, plus a free betting lean on the side or total. Links will be provided once they are published, so be sure to check back often.
