Phili has all the value for me here. The Flyers are winless through five games, and that's exactly why we're getting plus money against a Boston team I don't trust as much as the price suggests. Philadelphia's offense has been downright ugly, but there's too much talent here with Konecny, Michkov, Zegras and Tippett for this scoring drought to last forever. Boston has looked better on the scoreboard than it has defensively, and the Bruins have lost five of their last six as favorites coming off a win. That's not a spot where I'm excited to lay a price. The Flyers took two of three meetings last season, and their recent road results show they're capable of winning away from home. I also expect a little desperation from a Philadelphia club that can't afford to keep digging this hole. Boston has Pastrnak and plenty of scoring ability, but the Bruins aren't exactly bulletproof. At +116, I'll take the hungry underdog with enough weapons to spring the upset. Back Philadelphia ML.

Cleveland and Chicago will settle their 5 game series on Saturday night and the over is the move here. Cleveland was able to force the series back home after taking both games in Chicago this week. Their offense came alive as they put up 9 runs in both wins and will go up against Sean Newcomb on Saturday. Cleveland’s offense has been much more patient and they’re putting a lot of traffic on the bases now. Gavin Williams will go for the Guardians and the White Sox have seen him plenty so far this year. San Jose and Edmonton have value to the over. Edmonton has continued to put up a lot of goals so far to start the season. They come into Saturday with 17 goals through 3 games and this is a San Jose defense that has had issues. Edmonton’s speed and ability to attack the net is going to cause problems all night long for the Sharks. Offensively for San Jose, they have put up 12 goals so far this season. They are a young team again that plays with tempo and they aren’t shy about peppering the opposing net. Expect this game to have a lot of action both ways and go scoring chances to be plenty. Saturday 2* NHL O/U Play

Tulsa +2.5

Tulsa and Navy will clash on Saturday and the value is with Tulsa in this spot. Tulsa is being undervalued here as they have started the season off 3-2, but could just as easily be 4-1. They fell in overtime last week to North Texas 45-44 as they fell a yard short of winning the game on a 2 point conversion attempt. They have an impressive win over Oklahoma State under their belts and they’re a tough team to crack on both sides of the ball. They average nearly 4 touchdowns per game, while giving up just a little over 21 ppg defensively. Navy is just 1-3 and they managed just 9 points against Air Force in their last game. This offense has had a lot of issues during their 3 game losing streak and this is not an easy Tulsa team to deal with. Back Tulsa.

Saturday 4* NCAAF ATS Play

UNDER 58

UAB and Memphis have value to the under in this spot on Saturday. UAB has typically been known for their offensive firepower in recent seasons, but this year it’s been the defense that has stepped up for them. They’re giving up just 23.4 ppg and they’re putting a lot of pressure on opposing teams in the backfield. They’ve given up 21 points or less in all but one of their games and they’re forcing teams behind the chains early in downs. Memphis has been very similar defensively as well. They’re giving up just 22.4 ppg and it’s led them to a fast 4-1 start. This will be a game dominated by the defenses as neither has been vulnerable to the big play down field. Expect methodical drives and for both of these teams to utilize a lot of the clock. Back the under.

Saturday 3* NCAAF O/U Play

Late night bailout play! Arizona State is the move against Hawaii on Saturday. Hawaii has been a struggle to start the year and this team just doesn’t have it on either side of the ball really. Offensively, they’ve been a mess averaging just 17.6 ppg and it has been a struggle to move that ball. San Jose State shut them down last week and it was turnovers combined with minimal gains that did this offense in. Arizona State is averaging over 33 ppg and this will be a spot where they can take out a little frustration after being blown out by Baylor last time out. The Sun Devils will be able to move the ball with easy and as this game gets deeper, they’re going to wear down Hawaii’s defense. This is a complete mismatch on both sides of the ball and it will turn into a route for the Sun Devils. Back Arizona State.

Saturday 2* NCAAF ATS Late Night Bailout Play

UNDER 60

Ole Miss and Vanderbilt meet on Saturday and this is a great spot for an under play. Ole Miss had a much needed bye week to regroup and get themselves together after they couldn’t figure things out in Florida. Injuries bit them in that spot, as RB Kewan Lacy missed the game. He’s the biggest key for them as his rushing abilities allow this offense to sustain drives and keep the offense on the field. That will also bode well for the under here as Ole Miss will look to sustain the running game early and keep this clock moving. Vanderbilt is only putting up 25.4 ppg, while conceding 25 ppg defensively. This isn’t an explosive team by any means and they love to slow things down themselves. Expect both teams to really look to put themselves in short yardage situations on 3rd downs, while not taking many shots deep. This will turn into a grind of a game, where neither side puts up a lot of points. Back the under.

Saturday 5* NCAAF O/U Play

West Virginia +3.5

West Virginia and Arizona will clash at noon on TNT and this is a great spot to grab the points with West Virginia. The Mountaineers will welcome in an Arizona team traveling across the country for a 9:00am local start time for them back home. We’ve seen teams struggle with this at times and the Mountaineers physicality is going to be a difference maker. Offensively, they are scoring 37.4 ppg as this offense is rolling right now. They put up 42 in a loss to Iowa State last week and they’re coming up with a lot of big plays. That will be the key here against Arizona, who has had some issues at times with teams who like to play quick. Aside from their lone loss against BYU, Arizona has played a weaker schedule and they’re going to struggle with the step up in competition here. Back the Mountaineers with the points.
