Our Review of Ray Monohan Lead Handicapper at Cappers Picks
Ray Monohan has been an incredible handicapper for college basketball. He finished second in 2012-13 and was ninth in 2014-15. Over his last 400 NCAA basketball picks he’s hitting 60%! That’s not a typo.
